Tree Safety Inspections

Picture
It is normal for trees to fail, either due to extreme weather or tree defects, however if damage or harm is caused and the subsequent investigation determines that the accident was 'forseeble'  then the tree owner may be held liable. If no inspection regime is in place then the tree owners position becomes even less defensible.

Here at Treetek we offer a comprehensive, non-invasive tree inspection service which will assess the risk your trees pose, if any, along with any remedial work recommendations to reduce that risk.  Whether a large estate owner with many trees or a small home-owner with just one, we can tailor our survey to suit you, and put your mind at ease. On completion you will presented with a professional, easy to understand report that will give detailed information on your tree related hazards and allow you to make informed decisions on how to fulfil your legal responsibility, whilst enjoying all of the benefits that trees provide.

Why Treetek?

Legally, tree owners are required to have their trees inspected regularly by a 'competent' person and it it is important to use a trained specialist to ensure that you are being given the correct information on how to manage your trees safely.
Significant tree hazards may be present which are hard to spot to the untrained eye, whilst other trees may appear unsafe due to very obvious 'defects', such as large cavities, but are in fact well within acceptable risk tolerances and could be retained for many decades.

Treetek are trained experts in identifying tree hazards, who can objectively assess your trees, and will always try to find solutions to retain worthy hazardous trees, provided it fits in with our clients objectives.

We hold both Public Liability and Professional Indemnity insurance of £5 million and £1 million respectively.
